Summer Recreation Group Activities are funded through grant funding from Human Resources Development Canada, the RESET Youth Team and a Summer Recreation Worker offer daily community recreation activities from June-August (Monday-Thursday) for youth aged 13-19. 

StreetSmarts - Youth Leadership & Mentorship Programs

StreetSmarts is an Open Access Program for youth aged 12-19 who can benefit from a positive, supportive,
non-judgemental adult mentor in their lives.

Breaking BARRiers is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens Group (MBSR-T).  It is an effective and evidence-based intervention proven to reduce stress and the physical and psychological conditions that result. Breaking BARRier can improve an adolescent's functioning and quality of living socially, physically, and psychologically. 

Youth who access this support have identified goals of service and are connected to the appropriate staff of the RESET Youth Team in achieving those goals through individual and/or family counselling/mediation support/outreach.
