Our Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction for Teens program will help teens 13-19 years of age learn simple yet effective tools to manage stress and anxiety. In this eight week class you will learn mindfulness techniques to intentionally focus awareness and observation of your emotions and behavaiours from moment to moment. We focus on learning how we manifest stress and how it resonates in our behaviours. We help participants develop a toolbox of positive coping skills to take you through life in a less reactive , more responsive way. The goal of this program is to learn to increase happiness, improve concentration and creativity, learn to emotionally regulate, improve satisfactions of relationship and better understand self.
